Hi! I'm back again finally hehe Got my new android phone Mi 3 :) So far The performance of the phone is still not disappointing. Try blogging with uploading of photo from the phone and it works well :) Guess I can be more active over here again.  No idea why I can't upload photo using my Samsung note 10.1 :(

Weather has been very hot since Jan till now and it seldom rain. Today is 清明节 where the Chinese will pay visit to their dead and do some annual tomb sweeping. Every year of season, it would rain.  Finally it rained they whole day today =D Hope the weather will stay cool for the rest of the day.

First lesson on cupcake fondant decoration :) It's fun and learnt some techniques in handling fondant.

homecook meal

Ages since I visited market and prepare own meal. Now then I realised codfish is more expensive than salmon. Cooked two dishes and a soup for dinner. Fried a big plate of xiao bai cai because hardly get to have vegetable outside unless having zhi char or mixed rice vegetable. Got two slices of codfish thinking that it would cost cheaper than salmon but actually I was wrong hahaha It costed mi $18, $4.50 per 100gm. It was easy to handle and cook as I just had it pan-fried with some ginger slices. To add on to the nutritious list, I got a black chicken for soup hehe added some lotus. a few piece of pork bone (龙骨), some wolf berry and red dates to make it tasty.

Stir-fried vegetable, sweet and sour pork, pan-fried salmon with teriyaki sauce and lotus soup with carrot, huai san and red date.

annual cny

Chinese New Year is round the corner. Time to bake some cny cookies again. Glad that this year I'm early enough to grab my favorite bak kwa from 金品香 =D Went down Chinatown branch to get on the second week of January hehe

Had a hearty thai meal during the busy week of baking. Yum yum :)

Not forgetting to get my gelish manicure done too! Chose a simple gelish design this time round do that I do not have to keep maintaining when it grow out.

liverpool trip

Happy New Year!

A brand new start of the year. Have you achieve your last year resolutions?  Time to set new resolutions again :)

Currently at Liverpool. A nice and peaceful small city. Watched the new year firework at The Pier during the eve of new year :)

Italy trip

Last second destination of the trip. Went to Milano on Christmas and Boxing day. Most of the shops were closed :( Drop by Florence for 1 day. A nice city, but didn't really plan any itennary here. Will come back again if coming to Italy. Finally see some sunshine here.

 

Last night in Rome. A city of rich history. Had a very nice steak for dinner over here too.

Merry X'mas! 

Hope everyone has a super wonderful celebration. Second time spending my xmas overseas. 

Just back from Paris Disneyland. Spent my eve of christmas over there with beautiful fireworks and fairytale stories. Raining weather everyday. Last night here in Paris. Moving on to Milano in few hours time.

Hola! Greeting from Spain. Weather here was similar to London. Not too cold and it rain. People here  mostly speak Spanish. Only a very few people speak English.

Stay at Hotel Regina at Madrid. A nice and clean hotel. Room and bathroom are big too. It located at a good location which is very near to Sol. Walked to a few tourist attractions from Sol too. Took a metro to Santigo Bernabeu. Their metro line is not too difficult to travel. Next destination, Barcelona! A nice city too. Stay at Hotel Azul.
