Yesterday had dinner at ikea =) Delicious swedish meatball is on promotion price on every tueday only till July 2011. It is just S$4 (usual price S$6.90). It has been quite sometime since having these delicious food. However, did not manage to get the furnitures that I want. The size is not what I'm looking for. It's ok, shall check out at some other places =)

Soon will be entering into Oct, the month full of joyous events going on (birthdays & weddings). More updates to be entered soon with the birthday gatherings =p Just realise that there are so many oct babies around me lol

Yesterday afternoon went to PS to get some art & paper materials. Guess what? I saw my favourite precious moment mascots!! =D They were at the shop doing some membership promotion. After that, they walked one round at that level for 2-3 rounds and back to shop again.

Night time went for wedding dinner at Safra Jurong, Joy Restaurant. The dinner was delayed for an hour, but the dishes still consider not too bad. They have cold dish (include suckling pig), shark fin soup, roasted chicken, steamed fish, herbal duck, brocoli, cereal prawns, lotus leave rice & yam with gingko desserts. The herbal duck is quite nice. Guess they roasted the duck before cooking with the herb.

Pontian wanton noodle is one of my fav wanton noodle. I like e taste & most importantly e price is reasonable. They have few outlets in shopping malls & even at coffeeshop. Quite surprise to see it at one of e jurong east coffeeshop when I was searching for food for my dinner yesterday. Cos it is located at coffeeshop, e price is slightly cheaper also =)

Missed out the mid-autumn festival last year, but had a fun one this year =) Went to Singapore River for mid autumn festival. This year the lanterns display was held at Singapore River instead of the usual place, Chinese Garden. Entrance free, very nice lanterns design display but nothing much beside the display. The food fair was selling taiwan cruise, food taste average and e price is abit expensive.

My 'twins' is finally officially back in sg. Today is her 4th day home =) Can forsee that life will be slightly different. Clock will once again be turned back to a yr ago. My morning sms alarm is back once again! Early morning I have already received 2 morning smses from her LOL Guess she's away for too long and forget my alarm time =p 1 sms at 644am & one at 746am worrying that I have overslpt. Thanks for your effort =) Let's start counting down the weeks once again, esp for e blue mondayssssssssss =p

Mentioning about home, guess my room renov part II has to be carried out at e soonest & get it done before a brand new year is here once again. Part I was done early this year before cny and now is time to get the part II finish it up as about 4+mth later cny is coming again. Time really flies and now Sep is coming to an end with just only 10days more. Need to make a trip down to ikea to check out e quality & prices. At the same time, can have the delicious meatballs that is on promo price on every tuesday till around early march 2011. Otherwise guess I'll have to go back to e toa payoh central furniture shop. Good luck to me and hope I can cont get cheap & good quality furnitures =)

This is e 2nd attempt n is successful! =) Skin as soft as what e teacher made. Hopely after storing in e fridge for 1-2mth, e skin is still as soft as what e teacher had said it can last. 1st attempt, e skin was abit rather harder as I reduce e amt of sugar without adding enough of extra water =p Is delicious this time round hehehe previously tried durian paste but e paste somehow taste more like e msia durian kueh (e roll packaging one).

Having dinner (wu xiang & fried oyster omelette) at zhenghua cc coffeeshop. Fried carrot cake taste not bad at only $2.20 but have nv tried the fried oyster omelette till tonite. Guess this is e first time I have eaten fried oyster omelette which is mainly only egg crisp. Usually outside one you will taste those soft & sticky omelette which I think is the flour. But for this, I hardly taste any soft & sticky omelette. What i taste was mainly egg crisp haha but e oysters today wasn't fresh at all. Saw all e yellow smelly sticky particle inside e oysters -_-" Wu Xiang taste not bad, but super little variety. Guess there isn't many customers dine at this coffeeshop, as e stalls are getting lesser, esp those stalls with nice food (indian rojak, mini wok noodle).

Soon my twins will be back! Can expect more yummy food updates lo =D Will definitely post e photos up here hehe

A touch to the nature =) If you are look for a close to nature place to hold party, Bottle Tree Park (Yishun) can be one of the best selection. A nice place & air-conditioned function room to hold party. The function room is decorated with wallpaper of nature theme. The picture & color of the wallpaper is so true to the real nature. Add on some balloon decorations to make it perfect! Engage a balloon supplier and you do not have to lay a finger & even drip a drop of sweat on the decoration. 11courses buffet shown above.
