traditional mooncake

This is my second time airfrying traditional mooncake. Yes, use airfryer to bake the mooncakes instead of oven. Simple recipe adopted online. It is easy that you can success even on your first attempt. Soft and not too sweet. Of course, I did reduce the golden syrup to 50-60g instead of 80g from original recipe. Used white lotus paste as filling and with salted egg yolk too.
