Back at 老地方 for dinner again after months =D Never get tired of the food over here. Having dinner here just make me feel 有家的感觉. Thanks to my twins for the treat to the yummy food =) Although we seldom meet up often, still enjoy the time spent. Cya soon~

cookies baking marathon

Finally finish baking all the cny cookies. Is really tiring when you doing it together with full-time and part-time job. However, it's still very enjoyable when you are doing something of your interests =D Have tried baking three new cookies this year. Time to change a new electric mixer too.

last day of year 2011

Yesterday marked the last day of year 2011. Had a nice dinner with my luv at jack's place and as usual watching the awesome firework at woodlands countdown party =)

Year 2011 was another year that filled with changes for me. Main changes was the switch in career. Work life getting busier as the days drew nearer to the end of year 2011. Got myself a new part-time evening job near my house. It's based on rotating shift. However, the duty roster get more hetic as months passby =p Full time job neh? Also getting busier due to the involvement in new system migration. The first and only year that I'm not having my early dismissal on both xmas & new year eve =( But.....hopefully next year will be a better year! =D

Stepping into a brand year of 2012 means that it's time to have new resolution ;) Before that, have to think through what I've fulfilled for my 2011 resolutions. However, have not gotten any time to think through =p The only resolution that I know I've sure fulfilled is the switch in career =) How about for year 2012? Hmm....really no idea what I wish to achieve. The only thing in my mind is to earn more $$$ and have more saving. As we grow older and more expose to the world, it seem like $$$ never get enough.

new phone

Suppose to buy a new phone on boxing day when my take3 contract end, but the phone is out of stock -_-" Returned the 'loan' phone and end up phoneless =( Had to buy it at at vivio city outlet as I won some mapletree vouchers from company year end xmas dinner staffs draw. Plus the sale of the mountain bike to my twins and got myself a new phone finally.

A peaceful xmas eve night spent with my luv watching Alvin and chipmunk movie. Followed by dinner at Ice Cold Beer. Crispy & juicy fried chicken wings *thumb up* Thin crust pizza also taste quite nice. Go it along with some beer too =)

Last round of group gift exchange. Due to the hectic work, I'm only able to knock off at 8pm. Thanks to my buddies who are willing to travel to vivo city and had dinner at 8pm. We dine at The Mussel Guy. Initially was quite pissed of with the staff's attitude on my seating arrangement, as we did make a reservation. Lucky, they made the change of the seating arrangement. Had another wonderful night with my buddies =)

Had an early xmas celebration with my poly buddies last night. Dined at illuma japanese restaurant and dessert at TCC. First expensive gift from my generous buddy. Really appreciate your time thinking what gift exchange to get for me. Thanks alot to all my santa renas.

Had my departmental lunch over here. Food taste not too bad with reasonable price *thumb up* Most importantly is the big serving portion. There is window seats which you can have seaview of sentosa while dining. 2 free 1 promotion is only available during dinner time. However, they do have lunch time express promotion between 12noon to 3pm. Set meal consist of soup, main course, drink & ice cream, price range from S$8++ to S$14++. Is all western food, variety from spag to steak.

meiji melting kiss chocolate

Don't use to like the taste of yoghurt until I've meiji brand. This is the only brand of yoghurt that I found the taste not too awful for mi =)

Melting Kiss chocolate. One of my favourite brand of chocolate from Meiji too. Only available during christmas season. Come in a few different flavour, strawberry, green tea, milk choco etc. The texture of chocolate is smooth and melt in your mouth. New packaging.

Kluang farm trip

1 day farm tour to malaysia kluang =) Not a bad journey. Just wonder is the farm only open just for visit in the sense that I don't see them selling fresh fruit and mushroom at individual farm. Those that they sell are mostly really to ready type. But overall I still enjoy this trip and the accompanies. Get to visit their local chocolate outlet, but not the factory itself due to hygiene purpose.

Had breakfast at ah kun fishball noodle shop. Food & service quite good. Lunch was at uk farm. Provided in this trip and in buffet style. Rice & 3 dishes, passion fruit drink, cupcake and goatmilk ice cream. Buffet over here mean you may have any serving you want excluding cupcake & ice cream lol

After lunch, we went over to visit the goat farm and have some experience in feeding the goat with some dry grass.

Visited fruit farm before mushroom farm. Due to the bad weather, we had little time at mushroom farm. The food tasting at mushroom farm was some mushroom made in acha style. First time having this as mostly is fried mushroom. Find it quite creative =)

Had a rush 8 courses dinner at one of the restaurant with a totally different experience. As the restaurant was actually having a wedding event going on after our dinner -_-"

Met up with my group of poly gals for one of their birthday celebration at liang court party world. Happened to have a local singer (elson soh) doing advertising. He went to each ktv room to visit and each of us got a piece of his album. He sang half of one of his song and we were really surprise with his singing. He sang so well that we wondered whether did we off the audio or the singing came from e mtv haha!!

Nice dark chocolate that my sis share with me. Given to her by her colleague back from overseas. This yummy choco also contribute to my throat infection and fever of 39 deg. Actually had fever after I went to sleep, but was so tired to bother about the fever =p

My first time dining over here hehe food taste not too bad and I had dory fish. The mashed potato was very yummy. Dinner and lunch hours are usually packed.

new favourite

New favourite to keep me awake for my 1.5 weeks of full day training. Had my 2.5 weeks of part-time work shift for consecutive days during this period also -_-" Hopefully I'm able to survive through. Will be having another round of 2 weeks of consecutive days in coming october for my part-time work shift again =(

bbq cum mid autumn

Was walking through giant supermarket with my buddies & saw some portable bbq equipments. Long time since we had bbq together, so decided to organise one. Choose this sat just near mid-autumn festival to celebrate the festival together. Although it rain e whole day, lucky e rain stopped just a few hours in e everning. Just nice for us to get our yummy food warm up before it continue to rain again. Was a nice time gathering with my primary school buddies =)
