xmas logcake

Was busy during last week attending classes so didn't have time to blog & post. Went to baking class last friday and learn how to bake xmas logcake and decorate it with fondant. Decorating cakes/cupcakes with fondant was something that interest me lately. Have been seeing those pretty cupcakes/cakes selling outside nicely decorated using fondant, just make me so wanted to hand on myself =p It always look easy but actually there's technique behind it. It will definitely feel great to have your own designed product. This is what I usually feel =) But due to the size of the class & time constraint, the teacher had helped us baked the logcake in advance. Our hands on session will be cutting the cake, creaming the cake & decorate it using the fondant. Enjoy attending the class although these contribute & increase to my expenses entry =p
