homecook meal

Ages since I visited market and prepare own meal. Now then I realised codfish is more expensive than salmon. Cooked two dishes and a soup for dinner. Fried a big plate of xiao bai cai because hardly get to have vegetable outside unless having zhi char or mixed rice vegetable. Got two slices of codfish thinking that it would cost cheaper than salmon but actually I was wrong hahaha It costed mi $18, $4.50 per 100gm. It was easy to handle and cook as I just had it pan-fried with some ginger slices. To add on to the nutritious list, I got a black chicken for soup hehe added some lotus. a few piece of pork bone (龙骨), some wolf berry and red dates to make it tasty.



Stir-fried vegetable, sweet and sour pork, pan-fried salmon with teriyaki sauce and lotus soup with carrot, huai san and red date.
