chocolate swiss roll

Long time since i bake swiss roll. Using Redman chocolate spong cake premix. Room for improvement as I forget the baking time of swiss roll haha overbaked and resulting in crack during rolling. Spreaded some whip cream and strawberry as requested by my little one to add strawberry to the cake. Overall, it is still tasty.

The premix comes with recipe on the back of the package itself. For making this swiss roll, I used 100g premix for 11" square tray.

chocolate sponge cake

Quite sometimes since I bake sponge cake. This time round tried out redman chocolate sponge cake premix. It is almost a success because I cannot fold in the melted butter well. At least the top of cake does not crack during bake ✌ Texture is spongy like spongy type of mask hahaha Room for improvement.

pan-fried using happycall

Trying out my happycall pan. Sitting in my cupboard for years, decided to take out to pan-fried fish. It is really good to use. Use brush a little oil and place the fish on it and cover the lid. Open up after awhile to flip the fish over amd continue pan-fried till cooked 👍 Did it for the butter garlic prawns too.
