chocolate swiss roll

Long time since i bake swiss roll. Using Redman chocolate spong cake premix. Room for improvement as I forget the baking time of swiss roll haha overbaked and resulting in crack during rolling. Spreaded some whip cream and strawberry as requested by my little one to add strawberry to the cake. Overall, it is still tasty.

The premix comes with recipe on the back of the package itself. For making this swiss roll, I used 100g premix for 11" square tray.
